"NORTH SIDE LOU"

 NORTH SIDE LOU,  Born and bred on the north side of the vibrant River City, Saint Louis, Missouri. North Side Lou is a force to be reckoned with. The polar opposite of "Huckleberry Finn", Lou embodies a street smart, elusive presence. His movements are calculated, and he’s impossible to find unless, of course, he wants to be found. Nothing happens on the streets of Saint Louis without his knowledge. To some, he’s an invaluable ally,  to others, he’s a relentless nightmare of an enemy. His mistrust and disdain for the out of town crime syndicate operative, "Ethan Tortelle", runs deep. Lou is determined to sever Ethan’s ties with his "Home Girl," Carmen Reyes who also happens to be the subject of Lou’s unspoken affections.. completely ignoring the age gap between them. What frustrates Lou most is when Carmen doesn’t take him seriously. But one thing is certain: if Carmen ever needs him to "take care of" something on the streets, all she has to do is ask. With Lou, it’s as good as done.
